At Hydeaway Shop, we want you to love every piece of your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
